100 g Prawn Meat
1 Calamari Tube, sliced into rings
1 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 cup Fresh Cream
1/2 teaspoon salt if necessary
1 cup Swiss Chard
1/2 Cup Sweet Corn, steamed
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
On medium to high heat, sauté onion and garlic.
Add prawns, calamari and fish spice. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the cream, Swiss Chard, sweet Corn, Lemon juice and black pepper.
Cook for 3 minutes. Taste for the salt and add it if you need. Switch the stove off. The cream should have thickened. Serve with vegetables or rice.
