Gluten Free Scones
Toppings: Apricot Jam and Black Seedless Grapes | Whipped Cream and Biltong Powder

These are so light and soft. I also used Inkomasi. I can’t bake scones without Inkomasi.
I added the ground pumpkin seeds to my home made gluten free flour mix. No gums were used here.
